PALACE SS 16 Launch

Today I witnessed the craziest thing of the day and found out it was Palace Spring Summer 16 collection launch and store re-opening in Brewer street, Soho.

Palace is a London born skate brand. They offer various range of products such as tees, shirts, sweats, hoodies, jackets, tracksuit, to socks, hats, bags, stickers and ofcourse, skateboards. Their famous triangular logo has taken the world of streetwear by storm. With Jay Z, Drake, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna were seen wearing their pieces, no wonder there was a large demand of the brand, it's reflected in the size of the queue that skirts around the block.

The majority of people who were standing in a queue were young men, all dressed in a mixture of sportswear. Apparently, they are clothing enthusiasts as well as resellers. Palace clothes become popular because it's hard to find on streetwear stores. That's why, according to BasementApproved, 30% buying to keep and 70% of them are resellers.
